October 24, 2011, 75 persons of teachers and students from NIVS Division of Hubei Xiantao Training College arrived at NIVS Industrial Park in Huizhou, for a short period practical training. In order to make the students get familiar with the environment of the industrial park as soon as possible, and promote the communication and learning, NIVS Group decided to organize a basketball game between NIVS employees and the college students. 

At 5pm of 26^th, the game formally started. Soon the basketball court became lively extraordinary. The nonparticipants from two sides had crowded the playing court before the game started. After the team players opened the attack posture, the cheerleaders of two sides cheered loudly for encouraging them. The players performed rather spirited and powerful, and all appeared to be uncompetitive. The viewers were really into the game. Whenever there was a wonderful dribble or beautiful shot, the viewers were excited to applause repeatedly and even happy to dance; whenever the game came to a stalemate, they showed a lot of anxiety. A tight race ended with the referee's whistle. At last, NIVS employee team with good physical strength and superb skills wined the game by a large margin. But this was a friendly contest, so everyone just tried all effort to play their best and enjoyed the process. The games thus looked fairly entertained. 

This basketball game gained big support from the Administrative Personnel Department of the Group. Mr. Liu, the leader of the Administrative Personnel Department whistled for the beginning of the game. The top leaders also personally went to watch the game and cheered the players. The game showed the positive youth style and passion for fighting of NIVS people.
